WHY DO YOU NEED MY INSTAGRAM LOGIN INFO?

Your login info is required to establish connection with our tool managed by our expert, but we never actually log into your account. In order for us to connect your account to our targeting system, Instagram requires that we provide your username and password. Without this information, Instagram will not allow our system to target new fans on your behalf.

HOW DOES THE TARGETING WORK?

Once you provide us with your brand basics, we’ll focus our efforts on your particular target or niche. For example, if your product or service targets fashion bloggers, then this is where we’ll focus on efforts with respect to have authorities in the space to follow you.

We target by hashtag, username and location and also target accounts that have similar followers that you’d like to have. Any additional questions, simply email us.

DO YOU BUY FOLLOWERS?

Absolutely not. Never. We only perform  real human to human interaction with the target demographic you identify in your brand basics. You may find some places online that sell followers: be forewarned that these are mostly farmed networks or fake accounts. We never take short-cuts like this

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION PROCESS?

You can cancel your service by simply logging into your portal and clicking the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button on your payments screen for your gig. You can also email us and we will cancel your service.

WILL MY PERSONAL ACCOUNTS BE UNFOLLOWED?

All accounts we engage with will be unfollowed during your campaign. If you want to remain following certain profiles, please send the expert a white list of these accounts immediately. For example – friends, family, colleagues, industry related accounts you liked that we engaged with, etc.

WILL MY PASSWORD BE SAFE?

Your Instagram account is connected to YOUR email and phone number. Therefore absolutely NO ONE can change your password without Instagram first alerting and asking you for permission. Furthermore you can simply change your password at anytime which will automatically block our system from accessing your account. Lastly we encrypt and keep safe all client data.

WHAT IF MY ACCOUNT LIKES INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT?

Yes, there is a lot of garbage on Instagram. Although we might ‘like’ credible sources such as a dog hashtag you never know where these bad images may strike, therefore we make pivots and manual adjustments daily. We also focus on niche personalities over generic to mitigate this risk. You have 100% control over your direction and we cater to and protect your brand’s identity as we would our own.

WILL I END UP FOLLOWING A LOT OF PEOPLE?

While your account is active, we can unfollow all the accounts that we have followed once we reach your agreed follow limit. At any point in time during your subscription, you can ask your expert to reduce the number of people you are following and we will immediately begin the unfollow process.

DO YOU POST CONTENT TO MY ACCOUNT?

No, this is not a part of our service to post content on any of your social channels. We focus on bringing you the right audience to view your posts. Your role is to create and post a continuous pipeline of high quality content for your new followers to engage with on a regular basis.

HOW QUICKLY WILL DOES IT TAKE MY EXPERT TO SET UP?

New campaigns are generally underway within 48 hours. Please be sure to type the correct case-sensitive password and have 2-factor turned off. You can turn it on after we connect!
